A new mobile phone from electronics giant Samsung is here and it’s called Pixon M8800. The most striking feature of this phone is its healthy 8 MP camera. From the back side, this phone looks just like any normal digital camera. It also has many advanced features like panoramic shooting, image stabilization and shake reduction which is useful is getting blur free image.

The big screen of this phone is good for watching video clips and the video player is also capable of playing DivX files. DivX files can be called as mp3 of video which means smaller file size but almost no loss in quality. Phone is equipped with TV-Out socket so you can hook up the phone with your home television and watch the video on big screen. We can say that phone can also be used as DivX player for watching movies on TV.

Samsung Pixon is a 3G phone with full 7.2Mbps HSDPA support, GPS but we truly miss WI-Fi here. Touch screen works great, thanks to Samsung’s TouchWiz system. The phone looks like some smartphone running on windows mobile but its not. It’s a simple multimedia phone with extra ordinary camera features embedded to it. If you like to shoot photos using your phone, then this phone is definitely for you. At the end of the day, you can connect your phone with your TV and watch the photos you shot.

There are gadgets sites where you find lots of gadget reviews, all sounding same as they are mostly filled with text given to them from manufactures etc sometimes the whole review is nothing but press release. This kind of stuff is definitely not worth reading. Try finding reviews for Logitech universal remote and you will see how everyone is singing the same tune.
